If you could change one person's mind about something, who and what would it be?

Can I get the NY city police department to stop trying to implicate me in random murders? It seems they like to bother me on this when they have something they can't find an immediate answer to.
Now, I'll admit to finding the entire affair rather intriguing... and sometimes a little fun... but, not when it happens for every off-the-wall homicide. The Iman Fasil incident was one thing, but the ones after that? *shakes head*
I'm going to have a rap-sheet without having ever been on trial. I'm going to have to change my name again.
Or, maybe I'll just move to the south of France for a decade or two. Will that keep the cops off my back for a while?
