Intro

Russell Nash. Pleasure. I'm gonna make this quick, I have to get back to work. I like brandy and Glenmorangie. I live in New York, run an antique shop and don't deal in exotic weapons. No, you can't ride in my car and I hate wrestling. Only thing I go to MSG for is hockey. I used to go for the circus, but Rachel's a bit too old for that now. Okay, that's enough if you want me to answer the question...

Reflect on the past year in your life. Did you have children? Did you find 'God', forsake God? Did you marry? Break up? What was this past year like in your life?



The answer to all the questions but the last one is 'No.' As for what the past year was like... surprisingly uneventful.

Though, there was a rumor that Duncan cut off my head to defeat someone else. Funny that. I can't imagine any reason why I'd let him get that close with a blade.

Can't imagine who would start such a nasty rumor, either. I'm not dead. Don't intend to be either. For that matter, Rachel's not dead either. My shop hasn't been blown up and I don't know anyone named Jacob Kell.

The only other thing of interest was my not-rockin' New Year's Eve party. You can't see that big ball of light drop from my roof anymore. Damn buildings.

Yes, that is one thing about Duncan, he doesn't talk much about his private life. Now everything else... that is a different story. Though he didn't talk a whole lot about you. When he did, I could tell he looked up to you.

And don't worry about your shop. Nothing will come up missing. I manage my money better than I have in the past. I found me a really good banker. Besides, you don't carry diamonds. That I want anyway.

It's good to see you in town. We should do lunch. You can meet my boyfriend Terry.

I assume you already did. Ok. Aidan knows Duncan, but I think that they had a falling out or Aidan wanted to get out on his own and so he did. I don't know if he knows Connor at all.

Now, I do know that I 'godmodded' someone here recently. It was before Connor was here, but after Duncan but he wasn't playing around as much. I 'gm' saying that Aidan's Kinsman gave him directions and advice to talk to Darius the priest if he had questions. I am not sure if said kinsman was Connor or Duncan. I think that Duncan thinks that Aidan is this annoying kid that is..you know, like Richie (only NOT) and I don't know how Connor would see him.

ooc: (but you knew that part ;)) well, there's also Rachel MacLeod - the chic from S4's "Homeland" - so, that's another 'kinsman' he could've spoken to. Although - she wouldn't know about Darius - since she didn't meet Duncan until after Darius was dead.

And I'd guess that either could have told him to speak with Darius - depending on when the 'falling out' happened and when he was told to talk to Darius. Darius-mun and I est'd that Connor hasn't seen Darius in a little over 100 years (and Connor's timeline is 1998-9)

Connor - hmmm - dunno how he'd see him - since I don't know much about the character's personality and such -

We could always play it that Aidan and Connor only ever spoke on the phone - which would explain why he might not recognize him immediately.
